Open air dining beside a sparkling lagoon pool lures locals and holidaymakers alike to CC’s Bistro at Mantra Club Croc in Airlie Beach. Indulge the senses with a cocktail of choice while relaxing in wicker furniture on a covered patio as ceiling fans create gentle breezes, or take a seat at the bar and immerse yourself in the island vibe to the beat of live music. Sample Mod Oz fare from a poolside menu of light meals and snacks such as popcorn prawns with green curry and lime aioli, while secluded away on a lounger in the tropical garden. Those looking to dine in style may be tempted by starters like Korean barbeque grilled Pacific oysters, or salt and Szechuan pepper calamari; before main offerings such as crispy fried Whitsunday whole barramundi with nam jim and Asian inspired salad.
